Built in the late 1960's, Lulu's Cottage has been upgraded. It has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed (with premium mattress & bedding), a full bathroom, an eat-in kitchen, a large living room with fold-out sofa and indoor gas fireplace. Includes small deck as well as a large patio with gas grill, fire pit and outdoor seating. This cozy cottage has everything you will need while you are on vacation including a fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances including a dishwasher, washer & dryer (iron & ironing board), all kitchen, bedroom and bathroom linens, TV, cable, DVD player & Wifi.
No pets. No smoking inside. Ashtrays are available for outdoor smoking.
Rental fees: $125.00 per weeknight, $150 per weekend night, $800.00 per week, $1900.00 per month (all utilities included) $60 Cleaning Fee
