Less than 15 miles to Biltmore Estate, and you can be on the Blue Ridge Parkway in less than 10 minutes. Come visit Lake Lure, Bat Cave, Grandfather Mountain and Mt. Mitchell. Hike trails, climb mountains, ride mountain bikes and visit beautiful waterfalls.
Breezy Vale Apartment was built in the 1960's and finished off in 2015. The apartment offers sleeping for 1 people (1 set of twin bunk beds and a twin loft (with premium mattresses & bedding), a small kitchenette, a full bathroom, full size washer and dryer, central heating and air conditioning, cable TV (smart TV), Blue Ray.DVD player and Wifi.
Well behaved, house-trained dogs are welcome. There is a $200.00 refundable pet fee. No pets allowed on furniture or in beds. Pet fee is to be paid if any pets will be at this property, whether staying or "visiting" for the day.
There is no smoking allowed inside the apartment. Ashtrays are available for outdoor smoking.
Rental fees: (3 night minimum) $100.00 per week night, $125.00 per weekend night, $500.00 per week, $1,200.00 per month (includes all utilities) $60 Cleaning Fee
